My AC was not working. When I arrived I was greeted by April. We discussed the AC problem and she proceeded to check my file. Oh you an an extended warranty. It should cover the repair let’s let the guys check for the problem she said. About an hour later she comes back Shasta well they could find the problem so they filled the Freon up. Drive it like that and see how that is. Then she proceeds to charge me$426.13.because we could not find the problem you have to pay for the repair. So they band add the problem. No fix and I still paid. I still have a 2018 roque sport with ac that does not work right. More
