I took my car in on Monday 8/21 and was told on Friday 825 (by the selling dealer) that I had to bring it back to the selling dealer because of a tie back policy. I’m out the diagnosis fee which was not written on the invoice but some miscellaneous shop fees were. I also paid for a rental car. I was told I could call my warranty company to ask if my car could be serviced there; however, I couldn’t confirm because the selling dealer service department did not answer the phone. If I could speak to the warranty company in a matter of minutes, why wasn’t the service advisor able to let me know sooner? More

My last service was horrible. I was scheduled for a recall only to rent a car for 2 hours to be told that my car was ready when I got there the recall wasn't fixed.
