OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE BY Ariel Coss and the service technician. They identified multiple rodent eaten wire harnesses. My Jeep was taken in for a computer update. When it was identified the wire harness technician. They identified multiple rodent eaten wire harnesses. My Jeep was taken in for a computer update. When it was identified the wire harness was chewed by a rodent, the car went in for repair. The technician located another wire harness that was rodent damaged on the complete opposite side of the engine!!! Great people in the service department of Arrigo!! More

Came in a 6 months ago to have the transfer case replaced, not sure why the transfer case module wasn’t replaced at the same time. Fast forward to a month ago and the transfer case fails again, this replaced, not sure why the transfer case module wasn’t replaced at the same time. Fast forward to a month ago and the transfer case fails again, this time because of the module. The $600 transfer case module needed to be replaced and that is a plug and play part. Meaning that all that had to be done was slide the driver seat forward and unplug the old module and replace with new one. No more than a 10 minute process and I was charged over $200 for labor. On top of that, I was told the major mechanical noises that were coming from my vehicle were because of the worn motor mounts, a $2200 fix. Well guess what, that wasn’t the cause of the noise! Also was told that I needed new back tires because of shaking at highway speeds, also not true. All Arrigo wanted to do was upcharge me as much as possible. What a joke!! Your service team tries to take advantage of loyal customers. Not the way to do business, but I’m sure you guys don’t really care. More
