The wait was extremely long. I had an appointment for 10am and left out of there at 1:15pm. There was also lack of communication. After 2 hours I had to ask for an update. If it was communicated to me when I checked in that the oil change, tire rotation, brake flush and inspection would have taken so long, I would have made arrangements to leave the vehicle vs waiting for it. It was my first visit there and first impressions are important. Not sure if I’ll be returning. No issues with the service performed. More

My car was finished within a reasonable time; however, I waited almost 1 hour for the advisor to complete the paperwork and get the approval for the warranty to replace my car battery.
