Purchased a used car from them out of state. I purchased the car sight unseen other than pictures and although they made the transaction pretty smooth and handled shipping for the car. The car arrived, dirty, had some scratches that were not disclosed, a broken speaker cover and also empty on gas. Also when i received the car and had mentioned some of the imperfections on the car to my salesman his reply to me was and i quote “I have no knowledge of these damages”. Easiest way to get out of having to do anything and so much for customers service anymore. I just left it alone and will eventually fix the things myself. I would just like to make others aware and to do their due diligence. More
