SALESMAN PICKS UP MOTHER AND (SICK DISABLED CHILD )FROM DART BUS STOP A WHOLE CITY OVER AND ABANDONS THEM AFTER LIEING TO ME ABOUT BEING GUARATEED A SALESMAN PICKS UP MOTHER AND (SICK DISABLED CHILD )FROM DART BUS STOP A WHOLE CITY OVER AND ABANDONS THEM AFTER LIEING TO ME ABOUT BEING GUARATEED APPROVED. THIS SALES PERSON @CLAYCOOLEY( SABRINA KNOX) CALL ME ALL WEEK GUARANTEEING THAT.I HAD 2 APPROVALS ON HER.GUESS WAITING ME KNOWING WHAT I KNOW ABOUT THE INDUSTRY.WANTED PROOF BECAUSE I ADVISED HER I HAD NO MONEY DOWN. SHE WENT AS FAR AS PICK ME IN MY SIX-YEAR-OLD DISABLED DAUGHTER FROM A BUS STOP IN GARLAND TO BRING US TO THE DEALERSHIP IN MESQUITE FULL.WELL, KNOWING I DIDN'T HAVE UBER MONEY.THE BUSES DID NOT RUN OUT THERE. AFTER SITTING AT THE DEALERSHIP, BEING TOLD, EITHER COME UP WITH A $1000 OR GET LOST.SHE THEN ABANDONS US. WE ATTEMPTED TO TRY AND WALK TO FIND A DARTBUS STOP NEARLY GETTING RAN OVER.WE RETURNED BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP WHERE I CONTACTED MESQUITE POLICE TO TRY AND SEE IF THEY COULD HELP OUT GETTING US AT LEAST TO A BUS WHERE WE COULD GO HOME , THEY REFUSED. MY CHILD WAS TIRED SICK , AND SHE HAS (AUTISM )THAT SALES PERSON WAS FULLY AWARE OF THIS. BESIDES THAT, SHE AND I HAD BEEN ON A BUS SINCE 6 O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING.AND WORE EXTREMELY TIRED. THIS WOULD HAVE MADE THE FOURTH CAR THAT WE HAD PURCHASED FROM( @CLAYCOOLEY. IN FACT , THE LATEST BEING THE DAY PRIOR HAS BEEN BOUGHT A TWENTY TWENTY SIX NISSAN ROGUE. NOT ONLY WAS THIS ENTIRE ORDEAL TRAUMATIZING TO MY CHILD AND MYSELF MORE SO HER WAS THE BIGGEST SLAP IN THE FACE EVER. I'M ATTACHING RECEIPTS FROM THE TEXT MESSAGES AND I'M ALSO GOING TO CONTACT MESQUITE. POLICE, TRY AND GET THE INFORMATION FROM THE ACTUAL PHONE CALL. I UNDERSTAND THAT SALES IS A MONEY JOB, BUT AT SOME POINT YOU HAVE TO BE HUMAN AS WELL. NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS THAT I EXPECT THIS FROM CLAY COOLEY. OR THINK THAT THEY WOULD ALLOW THEIR SALESMAN TO STOOP DOWN THIS FAR AND BE THIS EVIL. More

At first the interaction was going great. Once we had told our sales rep we were only looking for information it got worse. They keep pressuring us to buy and sign a deal. I understand wanting to close a sale but you gotta respect the client's wishes if they say 'no' multiple times. Ended up getting a car because of the terms that were promised to us. Only to found out it was all a lie and that they can't do anything about it nor will they even attempt to honor what they said. Now we're stuck with a car note that we didn't want in the first place.
