Very efficient! David was great and the sales consultant was great as well. My original sales man, Arnaldo followed up as well, always staying on top. Boch has a nice system of checking in and keeping you updated. The text message kept me on the loop. Even though I invested three hours there I was aware of what was happening. Great job Boch Toyota on staying on top of the game. There’s only one number one, and we can see why. More

Too Long of Wait Time I went in for an oil change which in many service center would take no longer than 20 minutes to complete. At Boch Toyota I didn't get my vehicle back I went in for an oil change which in many service center would take no longer than 20 minutes to complete. At Boch Toyota I didn't get my vehicle back for approximately 2 hours. A matter fact, the reason it took less than 2 hours is because I went to look for the vehicle. I can't say when the service was completed, but it appeared the person who was responsible for the paperwork forgot that I was there in the first place. More
