Sales: Showed up to get my current Audi serviced, left with an Audi EV for my wife… Taylor is extremely nice, very knowledgeab Sales and Service. Sales: Showed up to get my current Audi serviced, left with an Audi EV for my wife… Taylor is extremely nice, very knowledgeable, and friendly. He made the decision making process incredibly simple. Will definitely go back to him when I need a new car. Service: Words cannot express how horrific my experience has been with the service at this dealership. I drove my car in for a basic coolant issue; they checked it and gave it back to me, only for me to return the car the very same day because the issue persisted. Since then, they have held my car hostage for two weeks straight and counting! During this time, I almost never received any updates unless I called or texted the service employee multiple times. They only thought to finally assign me a loaner car after I reached the limit of my patience at the end of the two weeks. This cannot be the way this service operates with all of their customers. If this is their standard, they are in serious trouble. More
