Go with Arshad! My 2015 Kia Soul was totaled, and I knew i wanted another one, so we headed to the Kia dealership in Alliance. Arshad was very friendly right off the My 2015 Kia Soul was totaled, and I knew i wanted another one, so we headed to the Kia dealership in Alliance. Arshad was very friendly right off the bat, and showed us several 2018 Souls. I was dead set on another Alien green one, which they did not have on their lot, so he and his manager Greg, had one brought to their location and held it for me as we waited for the insurance settlement. Arshad was in constant communication with us as we waited for the insurance company. When we finally we able to pick up the car, it could not have been more smooth. We were financed and keys in hand within an hour. Very great experience with Arshad and the Kia Alliance team! More
