I messed up my appointment this go around and they still worked me in for the day. I travel a lot daily for work, and don't get a lot of time off, so

AJ was unresponsive by phone.
I had to PHYSICSLLY COME TO THE DEALERSHIP to talk to them about the issue with my car (oil consumption problem).
After that, they fixed the issue

After that, they fixed the issue. AJ then asked me to come back after 1,000 miles to check the oil level (no appointment necessary), which was fine.
Yesterday morning I came back, but I was on a tight schedule (I only had an hour), so I asked AJ to please expedite the visit.
After 40 minutes, I came to his desk to ask again. He was visibly annoyed with me. I reminded him that I had limited time and all he had to do was record my oil level. I continued to wait near the automatic doors of the service area. After five minutes, he FINALLY left his desk to check on my car. Low and behold, my car was driven up, ready for me to drive away.
Overall, AJ needs a lot of work:
1. Contacting customers who call him.
2. Treating customers with respect and showing empathy.
He's competent, but not a good "people" person.
