I recently purchased an Acura MDX from this dealership, and I’m very happy with my experience. From the moment I returned to the dealership, the team was supportive, attentive, and truly committed to helpi and I’m very happy with my experience. From the moment I returned to the dealership, the team was supportive, attentive, and truly committed to helping me. This is my third Acura, and great customer service is very important to me. I’m grateful that the staff took the time to understand my situation and worked with me to find a deal that suited both me and my elderly family members. A special thank you to Karine, Daniel (or Alton), and Arthur for their patience and dedication—they really helped make the experience a positive one. I also want to recognize the service team—Roger, Sal, and Brad—who have consistently taken excellent care of me over the years with my TSX. Their reliability has built a strong sense of trust in this dealership. I’m really enjoying my MDX so far—it’s a fantastic SUV and fits my needs perfectly. Great experience at Acura of Glendale. Karine was very responsive by email and gave me the best out-the-door price I received. When we came in, Karine wasn’t there, so Albert helped us and Karine was very responsive by email and gave me the best out-the-door price I received. When we came in, Karine wasn’t there, so Albert helped us and did a great job showing us the car and all of its features. There was a mix-up because the quote was for a different, less expensive model, but the dealership still honored the original out-the-door price, which I really appreciated. Artur in finance was also great to work with—he explained everything clearly, wasn’t pushy, and gave us an excellent price on the extended warranty we wanted. Overall, the whole process was smooth and professional, and I’d definitely buy from Acura of Glendale again. More
