Went to Ben Davis to look at a car we saw online. We got to the location and saw the car in the lot, we parked and looked at the car. Arturo gave us the details on the car and walked us thru the Ben Davis process. He was very pleasant and did not come across as pushy. I liked the fact that they offered a "certified' used car guarantee. We negotiated our deal, but told them that we would not purchase it that evening, but would take our time to make a decision. They did not pressure us to make a commitment that evening but were respectful of our decision. More
