Deceptive Sales Tactics – A Complete Waste of Time I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I understand that a salesperson’s job is to persuade customers into purchas don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I understand that a salesperson’s job is to persuade customers into purchasing a vehicle, often steering them toward a newer model. However, honesty and respect for a customer’s time should be a priority. I clearly informed the salesperson—who I believe was Sam Harb—of the exact vehicle I was looking for and my budget. On Sunday morning, he reached out, claiming that the specific vehicle had just completed its inspection and cleaning. He asked when I could come in, and I provided a time. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was told that the vehicle was actually not available and was immediately pushed toward newer models. This was a blatant bait-and-switch tactic, and I felt completely disrespected. I understand the nature of sales, but lying to get a customer in the door is unacceptable. My time was wasted, and I won’t be returning. More

oil change is most expensive than other dealer, I did oil change there many time, they charged around $60 each time before, this price are almost same than other dealer but this time suddenly raise too high! change there many time, they charged around $60 each time before, this price are almost same than other dealer but this time suddenly raise too high!!! the labor has already charged $60, additional parts, total charged $92....the service advisor has told me around $64 before they start oil change, but finally charged more, anyway I will not go there anymore. Stay away from this Scam place. They offer you a reasonable price on the phone to trick you into their store and don't give an fxxk about their promise. I talked to Adrian at 6:30 pm about an Accord LE, he promised me 31,500 for the final OTD Price which I confirm with him several times since I got a Toyota Camry with this price, which got delayed in transition. Hey said he will match this price and let me get to their store right now. Therefore, I went there at 7:30 pm, turns out they wanted to charge me 31,500 for the selling price, the total will be 35,000. I pointed out this is even more expensive than their online Sports model price, and I can not accept this price. Then the manager started to be rude to me. He left only 2 mins and said he checked our phone record, and we said the selling price is 31500 on the phone! Only 2mins to check 10 mins phone records? He was lying to my face!!! I asked him to let me check the record, he said no because of privacy!!! That is my phone record!!!! Finally, I asked them a single ride of Uber money for a settlement since my friend drove me here and left because they said I can get this car with 31500 tonight on their parking lot! They refused. This is the whole story of my experience, I hope it will help some people who are tricked by them. More
