Brandon and the team were outstanding and accommodating . I have switched from another ford service location to Stivers for all of my Fords now due to the outstanding customer service. Only one issue that was handled immediately but just a bit concerning. I had all 4 breaks done on my Expedition and when I picked it up and drove off I noticed a major wobble in the rear tires I brought it back to service and we found that one of the wheels lugnuts were not secure. Apologies were made and everything was gone over again, and I was happy with the result, but just a bit concerned about one of my wheels almost fell off. 😳 More

I am so disappointed in the service that I received. A new motor was put in my vehicle and it fail apart and I was told that it was not under warranty.
