Having the car towed to the facility for replacement OEM rims and tires was a complete wast of time. The experience can only be described as a blatant lack of attention to detail and what can only be descri rims and tires was a complete wast of time. The experience can only be described as a blatant lack of attention to detail and what can only be described as a deliberate procrastination designed to eliminate any possibility of alternative solutions so we would be forced to spend what turned out to be 4x more than what was necessary. When the accident happened at 10 am, the service representatives were well informed of the desire for expedient resolution, for which we were prepared to pay for. The quote for the rims, completely neglecting the obviously side wall damaged and blown out tires, was delivered by 4:05, conveniently after the 4pm order deadline for next day delivery as mentioned by said service representative. Fortunately, the aftermarket box store not 3 miles away was able to verify both rim and tires as well as have them ordered within 15 minutes. This was not the first instance of poor services endured for the sake of convenience, but will absolutely be the last. More
