Went for an oil change & tire rotation. The service took 2 1/2 hours. I checked multiple times to ensure there wasn’t an issue on my vehicle. There were no issues and the service center was not busy. Maybe 2-3 people waiting. The fact they knew I was sitting there and did not tell me to drop off the vehicle and come back for it showed a lack of communication and compassion to their customer. The one credit I will give is they did not change for the service but that was not worth the time wasted. More
