At the end of the service I was charged $236 for oil change , filter & 2 wiper blades …My appointment was made for oil & filter change, cabin air filter , engine air filter, tire rotation and 2 wiper blades ! I stated I was being overcharged as the tire rotation , cabin filter & engine air filters were not changed …Derek the service mgr reviewed the bill and agreed to adjust and also the 2 air filters were installed. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Dart Nissan and just spent over $3000 on my Frontier. This appointment was the worst handled appointment I have ever had at Nissan …from the scheduling of the appointment with Ashley B to the service report written by Derek. More
