We met Sam our sales person and he was very knowledgeable so when we found a new to us vehicle we contacted him! He was very helpful and the financial manager was helpful with the financing. Ms. Ashley De Vries is a tech specialist at Volvo Lisle. She spent time to explain all the features in detail, taking each item at a time and patiently showing how it is to be set to work smoothly. Her expertise and help was greatly appreciated. Mr. Ken Kowal, the sales manager was very pleasant, explained the price of the car, discounts we can get because of Costco membership and helped get us a better price, Mr Sal Garretto went through finance part of the process., explaining at every point.He also made aware of different types of longer term repair insurances available beyond warranty and what they cover etc in detail. To summarize the team of people we met were excellent and professional. We will highly recommend Volvo Cars Lisle to our family and friends without any reservation. Thanks More

All in all, the dealership and the employees are friendly and treat you like a valued customer. My brand new car needed a software update almost immediately. I leased my car and have a mileage limit. I wasn't able to receive a loaner vehicle so had to put unnecessary miles on my new car because of multiple trips back to the dealership. More
