The service performed was excellent and the advisors are fantastic. The ONE reason I will not recommend this dealership? They tack on a 3% processing fee whenever you use credit cards to pay!! They are always kind and courtesy. Whenever I just pull in the garage to have a lower tire check to it's a bolt stuck in my tire to I was driving and hit a melt plate and now car makin Whenever I just pull in the garage to have a lower tire check to it's a bolt stuck in my tire to I was driving and hit a melt plate and now car making a funny sound they do whatever they can to get it fixed and send me on my way all in the same day!! The sales department treated me with the upmost respect. So many of the other car dealers I visited gave me the "little lady" talking to. The people at Sunset Hills Subaru have all treated me with the utmo So many of the other car dealers I visited gave me the "little lady" talking to. The people at Sunset Hills Subaru have all treated me with the utmost respect, listened to my questions, and answered all of them completely and made sure I did not have any additional questions. Today I met with Matt to go over car features, and he was wonderful. I also had my 1,000 mile service check and the clerk who who I met with in "Express" was very personable and listened to me when I talked with him. He told me that his job was to always be at that counter and I look forward to returning and interacting with him again. I adored the dogs that were there and visited with a black lab. The parts department staff were thorough and answered my questions completely. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend. More
