I removed a star because our experience when returning to ask about a possible repair issue was unexpectedly tense and unpleasant. The staff became immediately defensive — “not my problem,” “I’ll get the manager” — instead of responding in a helpful, professional way. We weren’t upset; we were simply asking whether something might have gone wrong. A calm, problem‑solving approach would have resolved the situation quickly. Instead, their reaction created unnecessary friction, and the interaction could have escalated if we hadn’t stayed calm and focused on de‑escalation. The staff would benefit from training in handling potential concerns or misunderstandings. A more supportive, customer‑focused approach would make a big difference. More
