Problemcould avoided if car was properly inspected Sales person was nice and friendly. Had a great experience in the beginning. However i had to take my car back due to a right passenger wheel bearing Sales person was nice and friendly. Had a great experience in the beginning. However i had to take my car back due to a right passenger wheel bearing going out. I had informed two ppl that there was a loud noise. Was told it was the motor noise. That’s how V6 motor sounds. Also I don’t understand how Jesse the person who drove it for a daily driver didn’t inform anyone of the noise. No one knows how long it was going on. So living 2 and half hours away i have to take my car back to the dealership and get put in a rental which i had to put my credit card info down which I think was wrong bc they messed up. Also i found out when talking to Ashley in services no one drove the car other then Me on 7/2/19. So the oil was not changed was left at 78% when i left the dealership and no mechanic drove the car to be able to hear the noise before I left. Was told it passed inspection yet wasn’t even checked was only detailed. Was told I have to bring the rental back which I don’t agree with I think a person from the dealership should return my car. Only reason for the poor score was having to take my car back after being told it was the noise the motor makes due to being a V6 and nothing mechanical was wrong. So thankful for Ashley in services for helping and putting me and my family safety first and offering to reserve a rental. More

Got the truck in and fixed my fuse problem. Autoplex will always try to get you in for service when you need to. It’s better to make an appointment if possible. But if you need a repair they do Autoplex will always try to get you in for service when you need to. It’s better to make an appointment if possible. Not so awesome this time around. I have come to the service department for all work on my truck I purchased it in 2017 and every visit has exceeded my expectations except my last visi I have come to the service department for all work on my truck I purchased it in 2017 and every visit has exceeded my expectations except my last visit. I stopped by to get a state inspection and have my radio looked at because it had been changing screens intermittently. I decided to wait on the vehicle and three hours later without any indication of status I went to the front desk and asked about my truck. They couldn't find the status in their computer and so they took a trip to the back. After another 15-20 minutes they returned and told me my radio didn't act up in front of them so nothing could be done about that issue and they would get started on my inspection now. THREE HOURS LATER. I typed in the description of my problem in the chevrolet app when making my appointment and specifically stated that either the issue occurs within 10 minutes of turning the vehicle or it doesn't happen at all. My guess is they forgot about my vehicle. I may still be waiting right now had I not asked for the status. While waiting I was also approached by a member of the sales team, Jeremy. He was very intrusive about my vehicle purchase, wanting to know how much I paid per month on my loan. Jeremy was pushy to most of the customers waiting in the service lobby. More
