Shady Service dept., copy/pasted post I made while waiting Where to start as I sit in the waiting room... 2013 I had a flat tire on my 2013 Chevrolet 2500. They had ordered my tire so I drove on a spare fo Where to start as I sit in the waiting room... 2013 I had a flat tire on my 2013 Chevrolet 2500. They had ordered my tire so I drove on a spare for a few days. Not a big deal. I scheduled an appointment to have the tire replaced and tire rotation. After 1.5 hours of waiting my truck pulls around and my tires are rotated....with my spare still on the truck. They had no idea they were installing the new tire they ordered for me. another hour goes by and I decide to walk around back to check. My truck was coming off the lift, but they never used a torque wrench to finish off the bolts. I asked the guy before he drove it off why he didnt, and he explained he didnt know what a torque wrench was and that he didnt have one(odd). He them stated he would crank it down with a wrench "real tight" though. Absolutely not, they gave me my keys and I took it to Napa Autoparts where I bought a floor jack and a torque wrench. I then proceeded to correct it myself. I swore off thos service department. Now several years down the road, I mistakenly forget and come back for two more services. I brought my wife's 2017 Yukon Denali XL in due to a shaking problem when accelerating, oil change, and tire rotation. I was told it needed to be balanced and I was charged and extra $80. I was also told I needed new set of tires due to tread life. The tires have atleast 1/3 tread life left, so that was a scam to try to get my seemingly unknowing wife to spend more money. I questioned both and miraculously the charges disappeared. Next I bring my 2017 Sierra 2500 Denali in because I have a nail in the tire and I purchased a Wheel and Tire warranty when I bought both my vehicles. I also scheduled an oil change, tire rotation, and recall correction. After dropping my truck off, half a day later I get a call saying the nail is in the side wall (it wasn't), I was told I did not have tire warranty. Then I was asked if I still wanted to by the tire on my own, I said no I would rather go to Discount Tire where they actually honor the warranties they sell. Shortly after I call the dealership north of Dallas(Parkway Buick GMC) I bought the vehicles from and they very quickly emailed me my Wheel and Tire package paperwork. Great people. I then send it to this service center, to which I get a text 3 hours later that I was magically approved and tire was ordered. I was also told my truck would be ready the next day. So the next day I call and text to try to reach the service department and find out when my truck will be ready. No one answers or returns my call. I had my wife drop me off to find my truck parked in the lot, so I was thinking it had been done. I go inside to find out no one knows. After someone goes to look they say it's going to be done in 30 min. I look outside and someone is going to get my truck...here is to hoping they found out what a torque wrench is as I sit here wondering about my eventual (hopefully) drove home. The last two instances was with Salesman, excuse me service department employee Ashley. He tried to talk my wife into tires she didnt need, charge her for costs not our own, ignore my own tire protection plan to make me pay for a new tire (that I still question that it didnt need replacing) and I guess in spite ignored my attempts at contact and left my truck incomplete.... Again I am in the waiting room if anyone checks your Facebook page...if I have time I will be on the Better Business Bureau's web page More

Battery Car would not start. AAA jumped it and Ashley said he could fit me in so I drove it up and it was finished with a new battery in 30 minutes or so. E Car would not start. Wonderful Outcome I first purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle that went back to service for one issue after another. After communicating with the staff and Mr. Gard I first purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle that went back to service for one issue after another. After communicating with the staff and Mr. Gardner, I was traded into a new vehicle. Sometimes cars have trouble, it’s not the fault of the dealer. Despite this, they still worked with me until I went from frustrated to completely satisfied with the situation. I am so thankful for their caring team and leadership. More

can't fix the problem I recently bought a new Silverado pickup and within a month started to have a problem with the theft alarm system activating for no apparent reason. I I recently bought a new Silverado pickup and within a month started to have a problem with the theft alarm system activating for no apparent reason. I have taken the truck back to the service center three times and each time I was told that the problem was fixed and each time i have had to take it back because the problem wasn't fixed and the alarm went off for no reason. I have owned this truck for a little over two months and for more than half the time it has been in the shop. My friends are starting to tell me I should have bought a Ford!! The shop personnel have been more than courteous and as helpful as they can be, but obviously they are stymied by this issue. Time to throw in the towel and get me a new truck. More
