Ashley is a good Services advisor. He helped so much with my extended warranty services. He’s responsive and prompt. Knows how to get my claims done. I have had nothing but problems with this 17 Silverado. Very disappointed in the Chevy truck product with leas than 90,000 miles. Electrical, Exhaust- which still leaks, motor mount, transmission and water pump so far. I will not buy another. I will be going back to Dodge and Ford.
