I came in for a new starter. Cost me $558.00 labor. A starter like mine should only take an hour or less. I've done it myself back when I was physically able. So I find out that the labor charge included a diagnostic fee of $180.00 which I was already aware of. That's the reason I told Ashley at check-in that I had already checked both batteries, the main fuse for the starter and the voltage going into the starter selonid. All checked out fine and the starter was all I needed. The diagnostic was not necessary. I was surprised that a good mechanic would take twice as long as me to do a simple starter. I hope Jimmy, the owner, gets to see this and maybe review the service policies to make the experience at his dealership a little more pleasant. David Barfield More

I paid 2600. 00 and can't drive my truck because when they replaced brakes and rotors they didn't do something right because both front and back brakes are grabbin 00 and can't drive my truck because when they replaced brakes and rotors they didn't do something right because both front and back brakes are grabbing as if the emergency brake is on. Now I have to take it back in and hopefully they don't keep it 1-2 weeks again More
