I went in looking for a new vehicle after a recent car accident I was in that totaled my previous car. We just so happened to drive by Shottenkirk and I thought why not, let’s see! We were immediately greeted by Travis in a warm and welcoming manner! I told him my budget and the features I wanted in a my newer vehicle, the main one being leather seats as I have 3 dogs! I ended up test driving a 2021 Chevy Equinox which I never thought I would like let alone fall in love with. I was worried as the price was out of my budget. Thinking it was to good to be true that I could own something that new at my age, Travis went above and beyond to work numbers to get it within my budget I was comfortable with as a young adult. Truly was an amazing salesperson and guy! Astrid was also amazing and knowledgeable talking to me as well, even referring me to Paige (insurance agent) so I could get a better auto insurance rate as well! With a few tears and lots of laughter later, I was able to take home my new 2021 Chevy Equinox that day. From start to finish, the process was super easy! I couldn’t be more grateful to be able to purchase a vehicle from Shottenkirk in Waukee! I would highly recommend this dealership at the Waukee location! Not to mention, they went above and beyond after I even purchased the vehicle! ☺️ More
