He is very professional and knowledgeable. He is not a high pressure salesperson which is why we came back to him. He was very happy to help us figure out which options worked for us in a car and actually stayed within our budget. He was very diligent in showing us vehicles and he answered all of our questions and concerns and really listened to us.
