A Texting Deal I was steered to Showcase Honda via Edmunds. Living in Arizona, my options were limited in the city in which I live. The texting started with my requesting a specific make, model, color, and accessories, including free all season floor mats and cargo liner. This went on for a couple of days. I explained my expectations and my unwillingness go above my price point. My vehicle hit their lot on Tuesday. Via text, we settled on the price, the amount of my down payment and financing terms. Showcase Honda drove to my city that day, picked me up and drove me back to Phoenix to sign the paperwork. I was greeted at the door by Sharma when I arrived, the "best" A Rated Salesman. He showed me the vehicle, which we immediately named "Betty". Betty was sitting in the dealer showroom. We sat and spoke a minute. I was then passed to Richard, who happened to grow up in my hometown and not only attended, but graduated from my high school. Richard was the "best" MVD title processor and took care of the financial/financing transactions. Once that was taken care of, Sharma took me back to the vehicle and gave me a few quick lessons about the vehicle I had just purchased. I was in and out of there in about 3 hours. The process was smooth (I knew what I wanted) and the price was very competitive. I was surprised that they matched an offer from a national chain. I got a very fair price, no gimmicks or games. I actually live in San Diego but flew in to Phoenix because they were only 1 of 2 dealerships in the US that had the car I wanted. I initially spoke to Juan on the 24th and he was nothing but helpful. He even made himself available via text over Christmas. Not expected but very nice. The day after I get a call from Atul Sharma. He made the whole buying process painless. He recognized that I was an out of state buyer. So we negotiated a price over email phone and text...and had it in writing before I stepped foot on an airplane. When I arrived at the airport they picked me up and brought me to the dealership. I didnt even wait 15 minutes from the time I was off the plane til pickup. At the dealership Atul let me test drive the car before signing anything. We then waited about 45 mins before going into the title/ finance office. Archi, the finance rep, did not try to sell me anything. He mentioned an aftermarket warranty but I declined and that was that. I spent 15 mins with him and was out the door. From there Mr Sharma was waiting by the car in the delivery area. He paired my phone and briefly explained the features. That was it. Painless. I would recommend this dealer and this sales team to anyone. More

I walked in not wanting to experience any high pressure sales, games, and wanting their best out the door price on a 2015 Honda Pilot with 4WD. My salesman, (Atul) Sharma, was to the point and extremely professional. As I was in the dealership, I was called by the General Salesman, Arnold (I previously inquired about a 4WD Pilot online). I told Arnold my situation and what I was willing to do. It took Arnold just a few minutes to look over the deal, and he gave me the absolute best out the door price he could give me (I'm very familiar with the car sales business, and I had already ran all the numbers myself. My father retired as a VP for a large dealer on the East Coast. Though, I had not shared this with any of the personnel at Showcase Honda.). Arnold's numbers were actually better than what I had expected and so I knew I could absolutely trust him and his personnel there. During my time there I was also helped by Willy and Juan. Juan had helped me occupy my 2 year old daughter (She was bored by the car buying experience 15 minutes in.). In finance I met with Joe who gave me the run down of my deal patiently, quickly, and in detail. I will absolutely buy from Showcase Honda again. I have a lot of family in AZ and I will absolutely recommend Showcase Honda. Their personnel are the very best in the business. More
