Lemon, lemon, awful service department We purchased a preowned vehicle & after less than a week the car was overheating & engine light came on. Sales manager, Court, was great & kind & unde We purchased a preowned vehicle & after less than a week the car was overheating & engine light came on. Sales manager, Court, was great & kind & understanding. The salesman we originally dealt with couldn't be bothered with us. The car went into the service department where we were told what they supposedly found, but it needed to go to a different dealership to finish. We were assured it would be there next business day by a man in the service department, it was not. After a week, we were told it was ready. Blame went to everyone else for delays & lack of communication. I didn't even get out to the street off the lot when the check engine light went on again.... I understand things happen, especially when it's a preowned vehicle, but this is ridiculous. More
