After several hours of visiting dealers in other cities and not finding the model and color we wanted, we finally located one at Mazda of Claremont. We arrived just less than an hour before closing time, yet we couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. They could not have been more patient and accommodating throughout the transaction, taking as much time as it took to answer our questions whenever we didn't understand something. Although they probably had not anticipated having such a long day, they were never in a rush nor did they rush us when we needed to make a decision. Julissa went above and beyond in prepping our new car, helping us with the app, the navigation, and getting us on our way home safely.The entire staff did an excellent job and the experience we had anticipated to be stressful, turned out to be stress free.I would not hesitate to recommend Mazda of Claremont to a friend.
