Two years ago, he sold 2 cars, one to my father and the other to my brother--seeing how att super helpful and really understood what I wanted/needed. Two years ago, he sold 2 cars, one to my father and the other to my brother--seeing how attentive he was made me remember him even 2 years later. I voiced to him that I wasn't happy with KIA so I wanted to trade in my car. However, the dealer didn't have the Hyundai Elantra in the lot. SO he worked hard with his team to find me one for a week and I've been happy ever since. I love my car and I am so happy with August. I will recommend him to anyone who comes to me. He set the standard for stellar customer service. He truly understands and cares about his customers and I can tell that he enjoys helping whoever comes to the dealer. August made the experience easy and even after I had to come back for my window tint, he still made the effort to make sure I was okay and that I had everything I needed. He goes above and beyond! From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, they were responsive in real time (and evenings and weekends!). They were extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. My transaction was a little complicated as we had co-lessees in different cities, and they could not have made it more seamless. I was working with 5 other Hyundai dealerships concurrently, and sadly their employees were rude, dismissive, and couldn’t care less about making a deal or closing new business. Pedro and August made the process easy and were joys to work with. Even days after I leased my new vehicle, they were checking in to make sure I was completely satisfied. Customer service is practically nonexistent these days, so it was a pleasant surprise to not only get an AMAZING deal on the vehicle I wanted, but to receive customer service that truly defined going “above and beyond”. Their attention to detail and hard work to get me the deal that would fit my budget in the vehicle I wanted were exceptional. As long as I own a Hyundai, I will return to Temecula Hyundai.
