Gus the Bus was personable and thorough throughout our iD4 purchasing process. We felt he was honest and detailed about all the paperwork. He genuinely introduced us to his wonderful service staff and his finance guy, Ed. Ed was also friendly and did not give us bad salesman vibes. He was very informative of all the services and warranties that VW could provide. We did not feel pressured or uncomfortable at all throughout the entire process from Gus to Ed. It was definitely a different vibe and atmosphere at Dirito Brothers VW compared to our experiences at other dealerships.
