This was the easiest car buying experience of my life. 'Gus the Bus' and Jeff Rosen were upfront, honest, and most of all, they didn't play games. I let them know the model and trim I was looking for via 'Gus the Bus' and Jeff Rosen were upfront, honest, and most of all, they didn't play games. I let them know the model and trim I was looking for via their website, we emailed back and forth a few times, and had a good deal on the table in under an hour...all upfront and in writing. I did all of the pre-purchase paperwork and cred app from my home and then made an appointment to come into the dealership and sign the final papers. Once we arrived, we were greeted by Gus and welcomed in. I had one final question on my lease return before finalizing my new purchase and they were gracious and quick in addressing it. We were in and out of the dealership in about 60 minutes and would have been out in much less time if there wasn't another customer already in the finance office when we arrived. Can't beat that. They have made a customer for life and I highly recommend you give Gus a call if you are in the market for a new VW! More

Gus was more than professional in answering all my questions.
