This guy is hands down the best sales person I have ever dealt with! He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and did not pressure my wife and I at all. We told Gus what our budget was, and he did not try to over sell us and made sure we were comfortable. He showed us some vehicles to choose from, we test drove some, he explained the different features and took what we were looking for and drew up some quotes. We were in a brand new car, driving off, in less than an hour! I would highly recommend this dealership, as well as to see Gus, to anyone I know. My family and I are really happy with our purchase! Took the car in and met service coordinator Danny. Told him about a slight rattle I noticed, he called in technician and demonstrated rattle. Danny offered me a ride home with shuttle. Later that day got a phone call and text that the paint seal was done and rattle fixed. Painless and efficient, great job. More

How a car dealership should be I've bought many cars over the years and normally I dread it. I once bought a car in Steven Creek San Jose, they assured me that the car was ready, as I've bought many cars over the years and normally I dread it. I once bought a car in Steven Creek San Jose, they assured me that the car was ready, as soon as I signed they told me the car wouldn't be ready for a week. That's my normal experience with car dealership. So I was expecting much the same. However we were met by Jim the salesman, who was informative but not pushy. We did a couple test drives, no pressure. Jim had to leave to look after another appointment, but passed us along to Gus to help us. Again Gus was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and again not pushy. In the end rather than a used certified we bought a new car based on cost, warranty, and selection. We then moved on to finance, who again were nice, efficient and quick (unlike previous buying experiences.) It was a breath of fresh air work with Jim, Gus and finance, just how a car dealership should be. Happy to recommend. More
