Gus was honest and explained all our options during the purchasing process and when we took delivery of our new car he explained the features and made sure we knew how to use them. The following day I was unable to come in to the dealership to pickup a document, Gus went above and beyond and brought it to my office before his shift. After 2 hours we drove off with our 2016 Jetta. Gus followed up the next day to see how the drive home was along with giving me the names of the contacts within the service department if I needed service help. We will definitely contact Gus for our next auto purchase. More
