My experience at clay cooley new sales dept had both positive and negative aspects. The sales team, especially Teresa, was excellent. I came in for an oil change and they charge me for a 6cylinder oil change when my truck is a v4 and had the nerve to say why didn’t I say anything.. it’s not my job to say..
