Best Car Buying Experience Buying a car at a dealership has always been something that I would dread, but from day one of this journey, the experience with the Cutter Ford Deale Buying a car at a dealership has always been something that I would dread, but from day one of this journey, the experience with the Cutter Ford Dealership has been nothing but educational, seamless and actually enjoyable. First I started at your website, I reviewed your inventory. I found that your inventory offered a lot of different automobiles, making me feel that there definitely was one just for me. The website was very easy to get around in, easy to understand and very user friendly when making comparisons. I registered my interest via the website and was very happy to be contacted by Destiny, from your internet sales department. She was awesome, she understood my situation and was very thorough. If she didn’t have the answers she would find it out for me, making this a learning experience for her as well. All the time being very personable. No pressure from day one. She listened and gave me a few offerings that fit my situation and emailed me info so I could review. I actually expected her to call me the next day, but she didn’t, making me feel less pressured and feeling very respected. In the meantime I had contacted another dealership and had made an appointment to meet up with them that evening. When Destiny did call back she sounded happy to hear me out again, as my requests and situation had changed and she put my mind at ease and addressed my concerns, which made me rethink the other dealership. She made an appointment with me for the next morning, understanding that I still would be visiting the other dealership, BUT, I gave her my word I would not be making a decision that night. Well I ended up not being satisfied with the inventory that they had anyway. The next morning I met up with your Sales Manager who put me in touch Patrick Belmonte. From that point on I felt like family. He went above and beyond to assist me and answer ALL my questions. He offered me a comfortable place to sit and something to drink. He also understood my situation/needs for a new car and showed me a few options. His mild-manner, friendly, family-type of personality made me feel comfortable. Involved in this deal was a trade in with a lease that had several months remaining on it from a different dealer. I was unsure how that would work, but he made it work, I understood it thoroughly. The first option, while a beautiful car, didn’t fit my criteria and once I told him he had no problem in shifting gears and providing me with the option of the 2017 Ford Escape. Again making me feel respected and heard! Bottomline I ended up buying the 2017 Ford Escape and I am ecstatic about it. I also met up with Aukai, who walked me through a process of paperwork and was able to explain to me what I was signing. He was another one that treated me respectfully and made me feel like family. The car was prepared for my pick up the next day. The next morning when I arrived at the dealership I could see MY car sitting outside, ready to go! Pat was very meticulous in explaining the features in the car, I was very happy to hear about the different airbags that this car came with, it made me feel safer since I will have my grandson with me a lot, and I could tell Pat was excited about it as well. I drove away with this beautiful car, with a full tank of gas! As I was driving away, in MY new car, I felt comfortable enough to know enough about this car to leave the dealership. I drove straight to the National Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl to show my husband what I had bought, and I know he approved. Buying a car was a major endeavor for me since my husband’s passing five months ago, and you can imagine trying to buy a car without your significant other to be able to help with that decision. Pat Belmonte, Destiny and all the others I met through this process made me believe that I could do it. Would I refer the dealership? Absolutely!!! More

Good morning " he said . I smiled then and smiling now! Great team ! The sales manager in retail I think.. tall bread guy. He too were the only two that spoke when I walked through the door.
