Buying a car at Tom Wood Subaru was a comfortable situation. Finding the right car with low mileage was easy. My salesman was not pushy. I live in Kansas City, MO and purchased a used vehicle online from Tom Wood Subaru in Indianapolis, IN remotely. I only had some great pictures from them and their promise the 2008 Dodge Dakota Laramie w online from Tom Wood Subaru in Indianapolis, IN remotely. I only had some great pictures from them and their promise the 2008 Dodge Dakota Laramie with 42,000 miles was in great shape and working order. It was on all accounts. When I first called the dealership, I was fortunate enough to get Austin Anderson as my Salesman. Austin was Great and helped with every aspect of getting the deal done, getting the paperwork to me, and making sure the truck was ready for transport. It arrived detailed and in perfect running order. I had it checked out at my local Dodge dealer and they were also amazed at the condition of the vehicle. If I lived in Indianapolis, I would certainly consider doing business with Austin and Tom Wood Subaru. But hey, I don't live there now and still did it! More to come. More

I filled out online info on a truck just listed. (Stock Photo). Austin not only reached out to me, he also included a video of the truck! What a Great start. I stopped in when I got done working (Saturd Photo). Austin not only reached out to me, he also included a video of the truck! What a Great start. I stopped in when I got done working (Saturday) Austin actually had the truck parked by the building and ready for a drive. We agreed on a price, they served the truck (beyond my expectations!) and I picked the truck up a few days later.....just a Great buying process. Relaxed, Friendly and Organized. Austin and Tom Wood Subaru is a dealership worth a visit. More

Clean showroom, knowledgable staff & streamlined service Our lease was up and we were aware of this thanks to the email updates from Subaru. My husband made a quick trip in to let the dealership know which Our lease was up and we were aware of this thanks to the email updates from Subaru. My husband made a quick trip in to let the dealership know which new lease model we were interested in. By the end of that day we had a delivery date for our new Subaru Forester and pricing information. The following week we met Austin to finalize everything and we were finished with the transaction in under two hours. More

Peaceful, Friendly, Supportive Austin and Max were both very personable. We enjoyed that they developed a familiar atmosphere that made us feel relaxed.
