This wasn't my first car-buying experience from Walt Massey Chevrolet in Hattiesburg, but it was definitely my favorite. When I walked in the door, I wasn't sure I was going to purchase that day. I was Massey Chevrolet in Hattiesburg, but it was definitely my favorite. When I walked in the door, I wasn't sure I was going to purchase that day. I was mainly there to settle a debate between two different models of cars they sold, and I was worried about being able to get a brand new car as a single mother with fair credit. Austin may have just done a really good job at using his skills and education to sell a car that day, but he also unintentionally made friend for life that day, being able to connect really well with his customer who wasn't expecting to have such a deep and interesting conversation that meant very much to me on top of the fact that he was very attentive to the fact that he realized I knew exactly what I wanted and had done extensive research. Anyone can sell a car. Not everyone can make a person's day like he did. You guys are very lucky to have him on your team, and he deserves the best in life. He listened to everything I wanted, and he made sure I got it before I left. More
