Worst experience at a dealership I have ever had! I sold my vehicle to them on 11/27/21. Was told by Darric, the Used Car Manager, they would send a check to my loan company, and once they get the title I my vehicle to them on 11/27/21. Was told the process takes about 20 days total. I have been watching to see when my loan is paid off. As of 12/10/21 the loan still hadn't been paid off. I called my loan company and they said they have not received anything from the dealership. They told me to contact the dealership and get date mailed, amount, and check number so they could research it. I then contacted the dealership where I was told that every bit of my paperwork was "lost" and I would have to go back to the dealership to resign all my paperwork. In talking with Mike at the corporate office in Asheville I was assured that my payment was sent electronically to my lender and it would be paid off in 72 hours. In returning to the dealership to sign paperwork, we were rudely greeted by Jenni, the Finance Manager. She never even apologized for the entire situation and just stared at us with a blank look. Did not care one bit for our inconvenience! (We have had problems with her before!) Was told we would get a call from the General Manager about the whole situation and have not heard one word... Checking the status of my loan today (12/16/21), six days after I was told 72 hours, my loan still has not been paid off. Keep in mind that the vehicle that I sold them has been sitting on their lot this whole time, not in my possession. I had to end up making another payment on my loan to avoid late charges and affecting my credit. This should have all been taken care of long before now. But here I still wait! I do not in any form recommend this dealership to anyone! More
