The lack of response was disappointing. I have been a customer for about 3 years and worked with 4 different service advisors. All were very responsive except for this last time. I was switched to Marc customer for about 3 years and worked with 4 different service advisors. All were very responsive except for this last time. I was switched to Marc after my previous service advisor resigned from your company. After the resignation, my replies to Marc were not returned timely as I'm use to from Don Davis Service Advisors. Other than that, I'm happy with the overall service from your company. More

They need to take more pride in customer service, along with clean the vehicle, after complete work, like wiping it down on the inside. I set an appointment to get service done on my vehicle before going out of town. pulled up to service and a gentleman asked to help. I told him I had an appointment at 1 for service and he looked and said before going out of town. pulled up to service and a gentleman asked to help. I told him I had an appointment at 1 for service and he looked and said I didn’t have an appointment. I showed him the appointment confirmation and he went and checked if they could do my car for me. He came back and said we can service your car right now. I said why did I set up an appointment then. I did the appointment so I wouldn’t was time. Now I can’t get service done. He said even if you had an appointment we wouldn’t be able to do it. You need to come back. I understand things happen but I also know if you have a customer that set up an appointment and now are wasting there time I would do what I could to make SURE THEY ARE TAKEN CARE OF!!!! Not talk to them in the manor or tone I got!!! I will not be back to a Don Davis dealership. More
