Christmas wishes do come true I had a poor experience with a lemon buy back on a brand new 2019 vehicle. No one wants to go through the car buying experience twice in 1 year. But, I had a poor experience with a lemon buy back on a brand new 2019 vehicle. No one wants to go through the car buying experience twice in 1 year. But, Austin at Gosch Ford made it easy. I test drove almost every SUV and crossover on the market and fell in love with the Ford Explorer. OK, not just the Ford Explorer, but the Ford Explorer Limited. My 12 year old was very disappointed to loose the Jeep Wrangler, and the vibrating massage seats in the Platinum were the only option that made her happy. I love all the safety features along with the luxury the Platinum trim offers. My concern was, can I afford it. I really wanted to put some money back into our pocket and not spend so much on our next vehicle. Austin invited me back to the dealership after the Jeep was finally concluded, he said he might have a Christmas gift for me. He did! He and his Sales Manager Adam made a deal for me that I could lease the Platinum trim 2020 AWD Ford Explorer that I wanted within my budget. They were courteous and my daughter loves Austin. The process was quick and painless from front desk to finance everyone was exceptional to work with. Thank you Austin and Gosch Ford for putting us into our dream car. My daughter is still in the garage playing music and getting a massage. I think she may start sleeping there. lol!! More
