Service was good but I honestly thought $105. 00 was expensive for an oil change, even though it was synthetic oil, which I didn’t request. The entire team was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Took the time to explain everything and completed on time. Even had snacks and beverages. They would not fix the issue with my stereo speaker going out because it is intermittent, and they could not get it to go out when they had the vehicle. I even have video of the issue and they still will no out because it is intermittent, and they could not get it to go out when they had the vehicle. I even have video of the issue and they still will not fix the speaker. So am I just Screwed if it goes completely out and is no longer under warranty. I find this unacceptable and would like to know what my options are. More

The service did not have my correct phone number to contact me when my vehicle was finished. Also they did not have a new key fob in stock to replace the fob that had an electrical issue. The main rea contact me when my vehicle was finished. Also they did not have a new key fob in stock to replace the fob that had an electrical issue. The main reason I took my Titan in was for an issue with my panoramic sunroof making noise. I was told that they lubricated it and it was fixed. However when driving I could still hear the same noise I took it in to have fixed. This means that I will have to make another appointment to have the same issues addressed that were not fixed the first time. Also will have to find another vehicle to use while mine is there which is very inconvenient. This is very disappointing. More
