There was a problem with a strong mold odor in the car after purchasing, but Eden (Service Manager) and Charles examined it with the service team and arranged for their Toyota affiliate to address the issue since the make of the car was a Toyota. My only disappointment was that when I test drove the car, it really was not clean and had not been detailed yet had been advertised on the internet for several days. Also, the strong mold odor should have been addressed and remedied before even allowing a test drive or the purchase of the car. Also, the spare tire kit for the 2024 BZ was missing.
