The people at Laura Ford were exceptionally helpful with getting me a new key fob since my old key fob no longer worked. I would get to the top of our driveway and my car was suddenly so it could not recogn getting me a new key fob since my old key fob no longer worked. I would get to the top of our driveway and my car was suddenly so it could not recognize the key. I’ll try to locker unlock my car and my car would not be able to pick up the frequency of the fob key. It is thanks to Laura Ford that I finally got a working fob key. If it wasn’t for them, I would be having issues with my fob key and my attempts at trying to unlock my car. Thank you for helping me and for all you do at Laura Ford. More

Absolutely xxxx Found a used car I liked online. Went to the dealership and test drove it and then discussed a price. All that went fine. Then scheduled a time to com Found a used car I liked online. Went to the dealership and test drove it and then discussed a price. All that went fine. Then scheduled a time to come pick up the car. Showed up and the car was filthy. Hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned at all. Sat and waited an hour for the car to be cleaned. They brought it up and it still had soda spilt all over the drivers door and a melted sucker in the center console. I waited again for them to clean it. They brought it back again and it was still dirty but not bad and i was sick of waiting so I drove it home. The very next day the rear wheel locked up and I had to have the car towed back to the dealership. They fixed it and then brought it to my house to drop it back off because of the inconvenience. So they got a point for that at least. Next day I wasn't feeling to sure about the service department of the dealership so I took the car to Dobbs for a safety inspection and my feeling was right because it failed. I called the dealership and they got annoyed with me because they already did a safety inspection and passed the vehicle. I stated that I wanted the parts that dobbs pointed out as fails replaced. The service department told me no and that those parts were not part of the safety inspection. I called the high way patrol and filled a complaint against the dealership. Highway patrol came and inspected the car and said yes it failed the safety inspection and those parts needed to be replaced. I told the dealership this and the highway patrol called them as well and then they finally agreed to make the repairs with a catch. During this whole process I had already put up a negative review of the dealership on this site. The sales manager would only agree to make the repairs if I deleted my previous negative review. I was very agitated by this but I didnt want to fight anymore and I wanted the car repaired so i did it. Now its months later and my warrenty is up so I'm reposting what happened. You probably won't have an issue with a brand new car at this dealership but i wouldn't trust purchasing a used vehicle from here ever again. Also the staff from top to bottom seem very untrustworthy. More
