Last experience was excellent with gentleman that service me last the time. He was able to fit me in to get an oil change with tire rotation. I didn't mind waiting. I can’t say enough good things about this service department! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to take care of me and my truck. The communication was excellent – I was kept informed every step of the way, and they made sure nothing was overlooked. They not only handled the issues I came in for but also inspected for anything that might cause trouble down the road and took care of worn items before they became a problem. The service manager,Pat, was absolutely amazing – knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure that the truck I left with would be reliable and dependable. And Becky at the counter deserves a special shoutout! She was friendly, efficient, and top-notch in every way, making the whole process seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to find a team this thorough and dedicated these days. I highly recommend this service department and will absolutely be back for all my future maintenance.
