The service was good but even with an appointment the wait time was very long I think that the customer should be told that there would be a wait time and that way you can make arrangements to have som wait time was very long I think that the customer should be told that there would be a wait time and that way you can make arrangements to have someone pick you up so you don't have to sit there all day.
