I have traveled to Palatka from Jacksonville the past 14 years to get my 2011 Silverado serviced. I purchased my new Silverado from Beck in 2010. There is a Chevy dealer 3 miles from home, but I chose to years to get my 2011 Silverado serviced. I purchased my new Silverado from Beck in 2010. There is a Chevy dealer 3 miles from home, but I chose to travel 46 miles each way to Beck in Palatka to get my truck serviced. The extra gas and traffic congestion through Orange Park and Green Cove Springs are worth the great service I receive at Beck. The dealership personnel are very friendly, courteous, and willing to help with any problems. The friendliness that I receive at Beck is lacking at the big Chevy dealers in Jacksonville. Thank you, Brian, Tyler, Chris, and Jeremy for your help during my recent visit. More
