We financed with a local credit union for 2.49%, about half the rate Fair Oaks could offer. They were not accommodating. Be sure if you visit that you have a check in-hand for the financed amount, or that your financing entity is open during your visit, so they can call and coordinate financing. Bajes, Pam, and Adam were great to work with. More
