Purchased a used Ford Explorer. Also purchased a Walser extended warranty at the same time as the purchase of the Ford. Warning light coming on and dealer unable to find any issue. Also purchased a Walser extended warranty at the same time as the purchase of the Ford. Warning light coming on and dealer unable to find any issue. Picked up SUV and second time starting it the light was on again. Dropped of at dealer a second time. They had it over a week and unable to find anything. Went to pick it up and light came on in the parking lot of the dealership. Left SUV a third time. They had it over a week again and replaced a switch and the second time I started it the light was on again. So frustrating that the Warranty requires going through this purchasing dealer and not going directly to a Ford dealer. What do I do..............drop of the SUV a fourth time? More

Walser Mazda has helped me feel comfortable and confident about my vehicle purchase. The experience and interactions with the customer service team, sales staff and service is always very professional and p about my vehicle purchase. The experience and interactions with the customer service team, sales staff and service is always very professional and personable. Most recently I traded in a car and ended up with a lease. I am so happy with the car and know it was the right decision. The sales team took time to ask me specifically about what I was looking for. Had i known your service dept is open Ltd hours i would not have purchased. Im 40.minutes away and it's very inconvenient to have to take off work for basic services. Also I'd prepaid for service work but not have purchased. Im 40.minutes away and it's very inconvenient to have to take off work for basic services. Also I'd prepaid for service work but yet when I arrive to appointment they try to charge me. If I'd forgotten the prepays I'd have double paid. Raman was fantastic and knew everything about the functions of the car we purchased. The only drawback was the battery had to be replaced the next day but there was no charge. We really appreciated functions of the car we purchased. The only drawback was the battery had to be replaced the next day but there was no charge.
