Very friendly and no high pressure worked with my lady and i didn't have to overshadow. Did not try to lead her into a car she didn't want or a better deal for him. It was a wonderful experience. I HAD SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AT EASTERNS ! !!!! Bao , Julien and just the whole staff did everything they could for me ! Like they actually gave a xxxx about what I was saying , sat down and ex !!!! Bao , Julien and just the whole staff did everything they could for me ! I had a terrible experience at another dealership and swore I would never step foot back in a dealership but here I am ready to cry !!! ME A 1st TIME CAR OWNER !!!!!! I am so happy I thank God he was able to bless me with this new car and it came from great people !!! I’m telling you anyone who is a 1st time buyer or maybe your credit isn’t all that and you just want to be uplifted & heard GO TO EASTERNS you won’t regret it! More
